How Do I Place an Order?
We've designed the Flowers Express website to make it quick and easy for you to place your order. After you've found the flowers or plant you want to send, click on the item name or image and follow the instructions below.
1. Select Your Product and Choose Your Add-ons.
On the product information page, select how you would like to customize your gift. You have the option to include something extra with your gift like a stuffed animal or a box of chocolates.
Once you have selected from the preferences, click Add to Cart. Your gift bouquet will be stored in your personal shopping cart, and you can either continue browsing by clicking on Return to Shopping or proceed to Checkout.
2. Proceed to checkout.
When you are ready to check out, click on the My Shopping Cart link, and then select Checkout. You are now on the Log In page, and you will be asked to enter your e-mail address and password. If you are a returning customer, enter your Flowers Express password. If you are a new shopper, fill in the fields to create an account.
3. Provide recipient delivery information.
After you log in, you will be asked for the recipient's delivery information. This information will allow us to ensure that your bouquet is delivered fresh and on the day you specified. At this time, you can also create a personal message for your card.
4. Provide your billing information.
You will be asked for your credit card information. Flowers Express transmits all credit card information using the best software available for secure commerce transactions. Flowers Express accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
5. Review your order.
Review the details of your order, and click the Submit Order button. Your order will be received by Flowers Express for processing .
6. Save your confirmation email.
Flowers Express will send a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you indicated at Log In. Please save this e-mail for future reference.
Problems With an Order
At Flowers Express, we make every effort to ensure that you receive excellent service. If, at any time, you experience problems with an order, please contact us.
All orders placed before 5:00 PM between Mondays to Saturdays, Manila time, will be PROCESSED (retrieved from warehouse or supplier, and prepared for turn-over to our couriers) on the same day. Items ordered after these cut-off times will be processed the next working day. Processing and delivery of all items received on Sundays and non-working holidays will be attended to the next working day.
Note: For Flowers and Balloons - due to the nature of the product, FLOWERSEXPRESS.COM.PH has the right to replace colors depending on stock availability.
What is your Cut-Off Policy?

Processing and delivery of all items received on Weekends, Mondays and non-working holidays will be attended to the next working day.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
Flowers Express is unable to cancel or change orders already delivered or presently in transit. We will be happy to cancel or change the delivery address and/or intended delivery date as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. To request a change to your order’s delivery address and/or date, please contact us.
How will my Special Package Arrive?
Wrapped in cellophane, Flowers Express special packages are delivered in a specially designed gift box to guarantee the freshness of the flowers. All flowers also have a water stem to ensure longevity. A greeting card is also enclosed along with a small packet of plant food and a bookmark with plant care tips.
Any basic add-ons such as chocolates, bears and/or vases will be shipped along with the Flowers Express gift box.
Are there Delivery Fees?
Flowers Express does not charge any additional fees for the delivery of its special packages.
What is Your Delivery Policy?
Every Flowers Express special package is personally by the country’s most dependable courier service, LBC, and we make every effort to deliver your order the next day, or on the date you specified.
• To assure next-day delivery, orders must be received before 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday, Philippine time. Deliveries are every Tuesday – Saturday.
• Daily delivery is available for Rose bouquets, Red & White only
• For major occasions, special cut-off period will apply to ensure timely delivery of your orders.
Regretfully, we don’t commit time of delivery. Also Flowers Express does not delivery during Philippine-government mandated non-working holidays such as Holy Week, All Saint’s Day, Christmas, New Year’s Day.
What are my Payment Options?
Flowers Express uses the industry's leading security technology to ensure that your order will be safe and secure. Flowers Express accepts Visa and Mastercard.
We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to us. Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours.
Will my Billing Information be Secure?
Flowers Express continually enhances our systems to ensure your shopping protection and satisfaction. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Will I Get a Confirmation After Ordering?
Shortly after you place an order, you'll receive an Order Confirmation e-mail. Please put this in a safe place, as it will include all the details of your order, in the event you need to contact us. If you do not receive this message within four hours of placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact us at (632) 855 0000 to ensure that your order is being processed. To show our appreciation, you'll receive a Thank You e-mail from us when your gift has been received.
